TELEGRAM

31st May, 1918.

Secretary, Hongkong.

Ban Hong Guan original charterers of British steamer "Wollowra" from Moller and Company Shanghai request me to enquire whether British Authorities could allow them to resume original charter which was by the month instead of merely chartering for each trip as at present. If request can be granted Bang Hong Guan would, should vessel be required by authorities, hand her over at the shortest notice. She would

be kept on China Coast run.

Acting Consul, Saigon.
